Matt is everything you’d want your realtor to be & more. This is our second time working with Matt and our third time working with The Cox Group. We had a long list of wants for a new build and Matt went above and beyond finding the perfect layout, and lot, so we could build a garage behind the house. He went to multiple sites while we were still in another state to measure out the lot so we could get under contract quickly. We hit many construction roadblocks and delays due to the pandemic, but Matt worked with the builder to ensure we stayed on pace as much as we could, and I have no doubt we are in the house sooner because of his hard work.
